Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications matching Keyword Criterion and Technical Skills.

Perform phone screenings and evaluate candidate viability for the Job Requisitions.

Build applicant Profile Database of Potential Candidates for all current and future Job Openings from Direct Clients using various Job Portals.

Communicate with various Prime Vendors and Consultancies with Direct calling/ Emailing, to build Partnerships, sign MSAs and to Get Daily Job Requirements and Market prospective Candidates.

Searching Job Portals & Arrange candidate interviews and conduct Entire Recruiting Cycle.

Evaluate applicant qualifications for positions and partner with a client's manager to deliver well-Qualified, seasoned and highly talented employees and Place them on Client's Payroll.
